MORE ON PARALLEL LIVES, TIMELINE JUMPING, MULTI-DIMENSIONAL REALITY, AND THE MULTIVERSE. (Part 4)
Is there a parallel world or a multi-dimensional reality in the Philippines inhabited by engkantos called Biringan?
Biringan City is a legendary city located in the eastern part of Samar island in the Philippines. It is often referred to as an enchanted place, shrouded in mystery and tales of supernatural occurrences. One of the most intriguing aspects of Biringan City is its purported association with engkantos, supernatural beings in Philippine folklore, and even traces of extraterrestrial presence.
Engkantos are said to be fairy-like creatures that inhabit the natural environment in the Philippines. They are commonly portrayed as beautiful, immortal beings with magical powers. According to local folklore, Biringan City is believed to be the home of these engkantos. Many people who claim to have visited or witnessed the city describe seeing engkantos wandering through the lush forests, and even engaging with humans on occasion. There are also stories of people disappearing or being lured into the city by these supernatural beings.
It is strongly recommended to abide by a crucial rule if you find yourself within the city, which is to refrain from consuming food within its vicinity or from its residents, regardless of how alluring it may appear. The Biringan community might offer black colored food to you. If you eat any of the black food that is being talked about, your soul will be stuck there forever. Your physical body might be left behind in the real world, lying unconscious or in a worse state. However, if you are able to resist and follow the rules, and make it out without any harm, you will wake up in the real world after a long time, with only memories of the city remaining.
There are various tales and myths circulating on the origin of the said city, mostly involving magical creatures known as engkantos who would create vortexes that humans could fall into, transporting them to the city. These supernatural creatures in Philippine mythology and folklore inhabit the forests, mountains, and rivers. They are often depicted as beautiful beings, with a natural affinity for nature and are believed to be protectors of the environment.
The engkantos are said to be magical beings, possessing extraordinary powers that can control the elements of nature. They are believed to be spirits that have chosen to stay in the world of the living, guarding sacred places and watching over the natural world.
There are several types of engkantos mentioned in the stories throughout the country, such as the diwatas, engkantados, kapres, and tikbalangs. The diwatas are known as supernatural beings in Philippine folklore, often portrayed as female deities or goddesses. Biringan City is believed to be an enchanted place where diwatas and other mythical creatures reside.
Engkantados, on the other hand, are supernatural beings similar to elves or fairies. In Philippine folklore, they are known to inhabit the forests, mountains, and rivers. They are believed to have the ability to control the elements and can help or harm people, depending on their mood.
Kapres are also part of Philippine folklore, known as tall, dark, and hairy entities that are often depicted smoking a large tobacco pipe. They are believed to live in trees and are known to play pranks on people. Tikbalangs, meanwhile, are half-human and half-horse creatures known to inhabit forests and mountains.
Despite the many different legends and beliefs surrounding Biringan, there is still no concrete evidence that proves its existence.
While stories of engkantos, diwatas, kapres and tikbalangs have been around for ages, they have become more prevalent since the advent of the internet and social media, with reports of sightings, photos, and even video evidence.
