SHAPING YOUR FUTURE AS A NOWIST: UNLOCKING POTENTIAL THROUGH PRESENT AWARENESS

SHAPING YOUR FUTURE AS A NOWIST: UNLOCKING POTENTIAL THROUGH PRESENT AWARENESS

As a Nowist, I don't predict the future like a fortune teller. Instead, I believe that the future is created by what we do now or in the present moment. Let me explain how I see the future and how we can shape it together.

Firstly, I want you to understand that time and space are not as fixed as they seem. They are more like illusions that our minds create to make sense of the world. Everything exists in the here and now. This means that what we do and think right at this moment has a direct impact on what will happen in the future.

Imagine if you could decide how long you want to live. It might sound strange, but think about it. Just 200 years ago, people's average lifespan was only around 35 years. Thanks to advancements in science and technology, we can now live up to twice that age, around 70 years. And with tools like the energy machine I use, I believe we could even extend our lives to 130 years or more.

So, the question is, what kind of life do you want to experience in the future? Maybe in the future, people will need to keep learning and working well beyond what we currently consider "retirement age." Perhaps universities will welcome back 60-year-olds who have to re-enter the workforce because they've run out of retirement funds and need to learn new skills to stay competitive.

This is where I come in as a Nowist. My role is to help people like you shift your consciousness to higher levels. By changing the way you think and feel about yourself and the world around you right now, we can create a future that aligns with your deepest desires and aspirations.

Remember, the power to shape your future lies in your hands. It's not about predicting what will happen but about actively creating the life you want to live. So, let's work together to unlock your full potential and build a future that is bright, fulfilling, and aligned with your true self.

EMBRACE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF: FINDING FULFILLMENT BEYOND EXTERNAL VALIDATION

EMBRACE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF: FINDING FULFILLMENT BEYOND EXTERNAL VALIDATION

It is natural to want to be admired, accepted, and held in high esteem by others. We often seek validation from our peers, parents, teachers, and society as a whole. While it's okay to want to be liked and appreciated, it's important not to base our self-worth solely on external validation. Here's why:

When we do things just to be admired or accepted by others, we are not being true to ourselves. We might end up sacrificing our values, beliefs, and dreams in the pursuit of approval from others. This can lead to feelings of emptiness, insecurity, and dissatisfaction because we are not living authentically.

Moreover, seeking external validation is like chasing a moving target. What one person admires or approves of today might change tomorrow. Relying on others' opinions to feel good about ourselves puts our happiness and self-esteem at the mercy of factors beyond our control.

Instead of seeking validation from others, we should focus on our inner vision and purpose. Each of us is unique, with our own strengths, passions, and dreams. By discovering and nurturing our inner selves, we can find true fulfillment and happiness that is not dependent on external factors.

When we focus on personal growth and self-improvement, we become more confident, resilient, and self-reliant. We learn to trust our instincts, make decisions that align with our values, and pursue goals that bring us joy and satisfaction. This inner strength and authenticity radiate outward, attracting genuine admiration and respect from others who appreciate us for who we truly are.

Living out our purpose requires courage and self-awareness. We must be willing to let go of societal expectations and trust our inner voice. It may require us to take risks and make unconventional choices. However, the rewards of living out our purpose are immeasurable. We experience a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction that cannot be found in external validation.

Remember, it's okay to seek feedback and advice from others, but ultimately, the most important opinion of ourselves is our own. By staying true to our values, following our passions, and striving to be the best version of ourselves, we can create a life filled with meaning, purpose, and genuine fulfillment.

So, don't do things just because you want to be admired, accepted, or held in high esteem by others. Instead, focus on being true to yourself, embracing your uniqueness, and living according to your inner vision and purpose. In doing so, you'll build a strong sense of self-worth that comes from within and radiates outward, attracting the admiration and respect you deserve.

SOUL'S JOURNEY: FINDING COMFORT AND PURPOSE IN LIFE AND DEATH

SOUL'S JOURNEY: FINDING COMFORT AND PURPOSE IN LIFE AND DEATH

Have you ever heard the saying, "Nobody dies until the soul decides to go"? It's an interesting idea that suggests our soul plays a big part in when we leave this world. Let me tell you a story about a friend of mine who tried to take her own life but woke up feeling stronger the next day, disappointed that she was still alive. This story teaches us about the power of our soul and its role in our lives.

In Kamalayan, it is thought that we are more than just our physical bodies - we are spiritual beings that will live forever. When someone passes away, it's not always their choice to leave this world, but rather the decision of their soul. The soul decides when it's time to move on to the next phase of existence.

So why does the soul make this decision? Well, it's believed that each soul has lessons to learn and experiences to gain in order to grow and evolve. In the case of my friend, perhaps her soul needed to understand something about depression in this lifetime. Maybe going through that dark time was part of her soul's journey to learn and grow.

This idea can be hard to grasp, especially when we're faced with the pain of losing someone we love. But thinking about it this way can bring comfort and understanding to the mystery of life and death. It's a way to make sense of the unknown and find peace in the idea that there is a greater purpose to our existence.

Remember, no matter how tough things may seem, there is always hope and a reason to keep going. Your soul has a unique path to follow, filled with lessons and experiences that will help you become the best version of yourself. Embrace each moment, learn from every challenge, and trust that your soul knows what it's doing.

Life is a beautiful journey, and the power of your soul is an incredible force guiding you along the way. So cherish every moment, live with purpose, and trust in the wisdom of your soul as you navigate the ups and downs of life.

EMBRACING SELF-REFLECTION: THE MIRROR OF CRITICISM AND PERSONAL GROWTH

EMBRACING SELF-REFLECTION: THE MIRROR OF CRITICISM AND PERSONAL GROWTH

When we find ourselves criticizing, judging, or condemning others, it can provide valuable insights into our own selves. It's a common phenomenon that when we ask people about their biggest pet peeves or the things they dislike in others, they often reveal a mirror image of their own shortcomings. It's a fascinating aspect of human behavior that offers us a window into our own inner workings.

Imagine this scenario: You are chatting with a friend, and they start passionately criticizing someone for being overly critical and judgmental. In that moment, they are often blind to the irony that they are displaying the very behavior they are denouncing. This paradoxical situation is not uncommon, and it can serve as a powerful opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth.

For me personally, when I catch myself in the act of criticizing or judging another person, it serves as a wake-up call. It prompts me to pause and consider what underlying issues or insecurities might be driving my negative perceptions. It's like a signal from the universe, urging me to pay attention to my own flaws and areas for improvement.

Criticism, judgment, and condemnation are often rooted in our own unresolved issues, fears, and insecurities. When we point fingers at others, we are often deflecting attention away from our own shortcomings. By turning the spotlight inward and examining our own motivations for such behavior, we can gain valuable insights into our psyche and make positive changes in our lives.

Self-awareness is key in this process. By acknowledging our tendencies to criticize and judge, we can begin the journey towards self-improvement and personal growth. It's not an easy path, as it requires humility, introspection, and a willingness to confront our own vulnerabilities. However, the rewards are immense – greater self-awareness, improved relationships, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

So, the next time you catch yourself criticizing, judging, or condemning someone, take a moment to reflect on what it might reveal about your own inner landscape. Embrace this opportunity for self-discovery and use it as a catalyst for positive change. Remember, true growth begins when we have the courage to confront our own shadows and strive to become the best versions of ourselves.

The Multifaceted Role of Intelligence: Navigating Challenges and Thriving in a Dynamic World

The Multifaceted Role of Intelligence: Navigating Challenges and Thriving in a Dynamic World

Intelligence serves a crucial purpose in our lives, helping us navigate challenges, achieve our goals, and adapt to new situations. But how effective is our intelligence if our lives aren't going as we hoped? The true measure of intelligence lies not just in our ability to think and problem-solve, but in our capacity to adjust and thrive in the face of obstacles.

Our intelligence is most effective when it enables us to understand the world around us, pursue our dreams, and effectively tackle the hurdles that come our way. It's not just about being smart or knowledgeable; it's also about being resilient, adaptable, and self-aware. Intelligence comes in many forms, each essential for managing the complexities of life: from gaining new insights to sharpening our senses, from motivating ourselves to bouncing back from setbacks.

Being intelligent means more than just being book smart; it means being able to take care of ourselves, organize our thoughts, stay curious, and keep an open mind and heart. It involves recognizing patterns, spotting deviations, knowing when to take a break, when to let go, and when to push through challenges with determination.

In essence, intelligence is about more than just IQ; it's about emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and practical intelligence. These different aspects of intelligence work together to help us make sense of the world, connect with others, and achieve our goals. So, if our lives aren't going as planned, it's not necessarily a reflection of our intelligence but perhaps a sign that we need to tap into different facets of our intelligence to adapt and thrive.

Life is full of surprises and challenges, and our intelligence plays a key role in how we respond to them. By developing a well-rounded understanding of intelligence and honing our diverse skills, we can better equip ourselves to face whatever life throws our way. Ultimately, intelligence serves the purpose of helping us not only survive but also thrive in a constantly changing world.

I WAS LABELED A FAILURE AND DELUSIONAL

I WAS LABELED A FAILURE AND DELUSIONAL

Getting my degree seemed pointless. The years spent in pursuit of education felt like a hollow investment, as if I had been led astray down a path that held no real value for my future. The prospect of going to work for someone else filled me with a sense of dread, as if I was surrendering my autonomy and dreams to serve someone else's agenda. The idea of working solely for money appeared senseless, like a rigged game orchestrated by the government to exploit hardworking individuals through income taxes and trap them in a crumbling system.

With no clear career goals, no financial stability, and a lack of job prospects, I found myself adrift in uncertainty. I was at a loss as to what direction to take in life. The ordinary world no longer resonated with me, and I refused to let my existence be dictated by the ticking of the clock, the demands of a job, or the allure of a paycheck.

Contemplating the possibility of starting my own business only intensified my apprehension. I feared that it would not sustain me in the long run, and I struggled to envision a venture that would thrive amidst the impending disintegration of the world around me. Overwhelmed by a rapid influx of changes and trapped in self-pity, I felt a sense of hopelessness.

However, it is during such moments of despair that we have the opportunity to uncover our true potential. Instead of succumbing to defeat, I began to realize that this period of uncertainty could be an invitation for personal growth and self-discovery. I started exploring different paths and questioning my own passions and aspirations.

Gradually, I shifted my focus from external circumstances to internal reflection. I sought solace in creative endeavors, engaging in activities that sparked my curiosity and allowed me to express myself. Through this process, I discovered hidden talents, untapped potential, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Rather than allowing fear to paralyze me, I embraced the unknown as an opportunity for transformation. I sought guidance from mentors like my multidimensional being friends, tapped into supportive networks, and honed my skills in areas that truly resonated with me. I realized that starting a business didn't have to mean walking a path of uncertainty; it could be an avenue for pursuing my passions and creating a positive impact.

Despite facing criticism and skepticism from my own family, I pursued my passion and dreams. With almost 5000 friends on Facebook, I shared my journey through my YouTube channel, Tato Malay Kamalayan. However, not everyone supported or believed in my endeavors. My uncle Teddy Benigno, in particular, labeled me as a failure and claimed I was delusional.

Undeterred by the negativity, I remained steadfast in my pursuit. I even invited my skeptical uncle to the launching of my first book, demonstrating my resilience and determination. Surprisingly, instead of discouraging , my uncle showed interest in being involved in my future projects. He expressed a desire to write the foreword for my next book, showcasing a change of heart.

Unfortunately, fate intervened, and Teddy Benigno passed away before he could fulfill his promise. I was left with mixed emotions, but I could still appreciate the fact that my uncle had recognized my potential and had intended to support me.

My story is a testament to the power of perseverance and self-belief. Despite facing criticism and being labeled a failure, I remained committed to my goals. My journey serves as an inspiration for others to follow their passions and not be discouraged by detractors. My determination allowed me to overcome obstacles and continue pursuing my dreams, leaving a lasting impact on those who encounter my story.

While the world may be in a constant state of change, I learned to adapt and evolve alongside it. I shifted my perspective from a victim of circumstances to an agent of change. I began to recognize that the disintegration of systems also presented a chance for innovation and the birth of new possibilities.

Although I initially felt lost and disillusioned, I eventually found my way by embracing the uncertainty and fearlessly exploring new avenues. I learned that true fulfillment comes from aligning my actions with my values and passions, rather than succumbing to societal expectations. By embracing change and focusing on personal growth, I was able to transcend the limitations of the ordinary world and forge a path that was uniquely my own.

UNLEASHING YOUR POTENTIAL: THE MISSING PRINCIPLES FOR SUCCESS

UNLEASHING YOUR POTENTIAL: THE MISSING PRINCIPLES FOR SUCCESS

Success in life is a journey that extends far beyond the walls of formal education. While schools focus on teaching academic subjects, they often overlook crucial principles that are essential for achieving success in the real world. These principles, which are both mental and spiritual in nature, play a significant role in shaping our lives and guiding us towards our goals.

In the hustle and bustle of the school environment, teachers are primarily focused on delivering the content outlined in their syllabi. As a result, there is little time dedicated to discussing the fundamental principles and techniques that are vital for navigating life successfully. This gap in traditional education leaves many individuals feeling unprepared for the challenges that lie ahead.

My own journey through the education system was far from conventional. I struggled to find joy in the structured environment of school, which reflected in my academic performance. Despite my difficulties, I refused to let these setbacks define my future. Instead, I embarked on a path of self-learning, seeking knowledge and wisdom outside the confines of formal education.

Through years of self-discovery and exploration, I uncovered invaluable principles of Consciousness and Spirituality that have transformed my life in profound ways. These principles go beyond mere religious beliefs and practices, offering a deeper understanding of the self and the world around us. By applying these principles to various aspects of my life and career, I was able to unlock doors to success that had previously seemed out of reach.

Consciousness, in its essence, revolves around self-awareness and understanding the power of our thoughts and beliefs. By cultivating a positive mindset and staying attuned to our inner selves, we can overcome obstacles and manifest our desires with clarity and purpose. This principle empowers us to take control of our lives and shape our reality according to our aspirations.

Spirituality, on the other hand, delves into the interconnectedness of all beings and the universal forces that guide us. By tapping into this spiritual realm, we gain a deeper sense of purpose and direction in our lives. This principle encourages us to cultivate compassion, gratitude, and empathy towards others, fostering harmonious relationships and creating a sense of fulfillment that transcends material success.

Through my Kamalayan column, I share my personal journey of self-discovery and growth, alongside the timeless principles of Consciousness and Spirituality that have been my guiding light. It is my hope that by embracing these principles, readers will unlock their full potential, overcome challenges, and chart a course towards a fulfilling and successful life. Success is not merely about academic achievements or material wealth; it is about nurturing the mind and spirit to create a life of purpose, joy, and abundance.
